Chapter 62 Philip’s Relentless Urging for a Baby
“What?” Farrah was taken aback by the sudden question. Seeing that Philip wasn’t joking and was seriously waiting for an answer, her face flushed with embarrassment. “No, not yet.”
Philip’s brows furrowed as he immediately urged, “You two need to get on with having a baby! Don’t delay!”
Farrah could only laugh awkwardly.
Then, Philip shifted his gaze to Adrian, his tone firm. “It’s going to happen sooner or later, right? With our family’s wealth and excellent genes, it would be a shame to waste them. You should have several!”
“Grandpa…” Farrah felt even more embarrassed. “Let’s just go with the flow.”
“Alright, alright. I won’t push too hard, but remember, I’m eagerly waiting!” he added, his expression softening but his determination still apparent.
“Don’t just brush this off. You both need to take this seriously. You’re adults now!”
He was still pressing the matter when he threatened, “If you two don’t take the initiative, I’ll have to step in and help! And when that happens-
“Grandpal” Adrian interrupted, turning back to him with a serious expression. “No more sneaking things into my drinks.”
It was utterly humiliating! That incident made it seem like… he was not capable!
“Then, give me a grandchild! Prove it to me!” Philip retorted, undeterred. “If you don’t want me doing ridiculous things, the next time you visit, bring me an ultrasound scan!”

Philip squinted, suddenly suspicious, “Wait a minute. Are you two not even sleeping on the same bed? Otherwise, why would you be avoiding the natural course of things?”
Before Adrian could respond, Philip swung open the door to the Lamborghini’s front passenger seat. Before anyone could react, he was already seated inside..
“Let’s go! I’m going home with you to check!” he announced, buckling his seatbelt.

“I’m going to check your master and guest bedrooms! Philip declared, staring out the window. “I’ll see for myself if you are sleeping in separate rooms. If you are, you’re in trouble!”

Once they arrived home, Philip marched straight to the bedrooms as soon as he stepped inside. When he opened the door to the guest bedroom and saw the mess, his temper flared. He immediately raised his cane and swung it at Adrian.

As Adrian took a few more hits, he quickly moved to the other side of the coffee table, knowing full well that Philip was serious this time. He braced himself for what came next.
Seeing Philip was about to swing again, Farrah rushed over to stop him. “Grandpa, stop! I made him sleep in the guest room because of his smelly feet. He didn’t bully me at all!”
“What?” Grandpa paused, confused, “Does Yuchuan not wash his feet at night?”
Adrian felt his chest tighten, thoroughly mortified by her words, to the point where he wanted to strangle her!
