“Please believe me. I didn’t mean to throw it away!” Farrah insisted. “I want to design Enduring Maments well and establish my footing in this department. I don’t want my identity as Mrs. Locke to overshadow Thy talent”
“Talent?” Adrian didn’t see any talent in her at the moment.

“I’m going on a business trip tomorrow, and Grandpa wants me to take you along,” Adrian said, looking at her. “Was this a suggestion that you gave him?”
Farrah blinked, taken aback, “How would I know you were going on a business trip? And why would I want to go with you?”
