Just as Debra was wondering how Drake was going to confront Yvonne, he simply booted the door open.
The moans inside stopped immediately.
‘Doesn’t Yvonne dislike Drake? Debra thought, bewildered. ‘How could she be so affectionate with another man in broad daylight?”
Positioned at the threshold, Debra vaguely saw a large, rotund figure.
Yvonne was a top beauty here in Orkgate, but her taste in men didn’t match her

Yvonne was startled by the noise, and the man above her scrambled to get off the bed. He fled without even pulling up his pants.
Yvonne’s face turned an ashen shade. She hastily threw on a revealing nightgown and barked at the maids outside the door, “Why didn’t you inform me about Mr. Lowe’s arrival? Is this how you do your job?”
The maids trembled in fear.

“Your people? Then what about me? Who am I to you?” Yvonne burst into tears. “Have you no conscience? I am a fair lady. I flirted with those disgusting men every day, securing one partner after another just for you. I helped you get your status. And now, you’re questioning me for the sake of another woman?”
Debra was shocked by the revelation.
It was hard to believe that Yvonne had degraded herself and used sex to secure partners for
Drake.

Before Yvonne could react, he threw her down the stairs.
She tumbled like a broken kite falling off. The surrounding maids didn’t dare utter a sound.
